My education, training and experience span 26 years following completion of a Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. I have developed strong skills in inpatient, educational and outpatient clinic settings.  Most recently, I worked and trained at The Menninger Clinic in Houston, TX for over 3 years.  In addition, I completed a 2 year study program at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in 2022. I have developed an expertise and specialization in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), addictions and dual diagnosis treatment, and psychodynamic therapy.  I use evidence-based theoretical approaches to address each client's and couple's needs.

Prior to my career in mental health, I received my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York, and spent 15 years growing into management positions for major corporations in New York and Dallas. This experience allows me to assist corporate and business clients explore their emotional health in the context of their career success and decision making.
